It's 1936 and struggling surrealist painter René Magritte's life is about to change drastically. He is invited him to a private exhibition in the decadence of fabulous West Dean Estate. Other guests include Salvador Dalí, Gala, Lee Miller, Man Ray, and Max Ernst all on the edge of stardom.
Following a wild party at the Estate, Magritte wakes up next to the dead body of Sheila Legge. Magritte can remember nothing but now that he is the obvious suspect, he must turn detective and expose the real murderer.
But then another body drops.
